What about telling your opinions about this album in English instead of Finnish?

I couldn't agree more. Some people seem to find Bruce Duff's vocals a bit difficult to approach in Circle's music, but I really enjoy both Earthworm and Hollywood. Still waiting for the LP to be released.
It's nice to see some English threads here at last!

I would say Hollywood is Circle's most American album (so far), thanks to Bruce Duff's vocals. However, there's some pretty good jamming in the traditional Circle style as well. Not bad, not bad at all

Well in my opinion this album can finally throw Circle as a visible band. I mean, it totally kicks ass, the guitars are great, the choirs are "Rest in peace my brother" "Happiness" Some people are just not aware of Circle. Yet.

I think Circle's members don't want to be big, mainstream - they seem to be happy in the marginal. However, I do agree with you that Hollywood is easier to approach than most Circle's albums for people who don't know Circle beforehand.

I haven't got the album yet, but I've listened to some songs from their MySpace. I'll get the LP instead, there's never too much of those. It is true that Hollywood may be Circle's "easiest" or "most American" album, thanks to Bruce's vocals. If Rättö would sing here, the impression would instantly be different. But I'm not saying that it's a bad thing, since this experiment really sounds pretty good. Circle has crossed yet another border in their infinite creativity by making something that sounds something completely different.
And Tulikoira may kick like three thousand camels, but Sunrise kicks like five thousand camels!
